He searched for our replacement part, trying to find the best price and fit for our needs, then replaced the part as soon as it was available, leaving our unit running better than ever. Tech, John Bice arrived at the rescheduled appointment and did an excellent and thorough job. He serviced our two A/C units and ensured everything was working properly. Read MoreCalled NexGen after another company came out and told us the damper system needed changing for $4000. Cecil from NexGen came out and troubleshot the system and found the problem was a different problem fixed it for $218 and everything is great. WOW I'm so grateful we decided to have NexGen come out and recheck the system. We would have been devastated paying for $4000 for a repair for what wasn't broken and still not fixing the problem.
