I got lucky enough to have Jessie sent out to take a look at my home HVAC units today to help find a solution to the lack of cold air coming out. This guy is 11/10 service. Cecil took care of my hvac needs by professionally installing a new coil. He and his Co-worker, Jessie (of i recall his name correctly) worked diligently, and got the job completed in an efficient manner. I just hope I have no more issues with my hvac system going forward, at least for several more years. Today's repair was to replace a slow freon leak of a nearly new 3 old coil and they SHOULD last many years, this is my very 1st coil replacement in my brand new home, and have never experienced issues with any of my previous homes of many, with 3 of those homes bought new. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all will remain "good as new" going forward. Nonetheless, NexGen Cecil and Jessie did a professional install, explained what was transporting as they completed steps of the job and were well mannered, respectful and professional.
