If I could give 10 stars I would! Nexgen was so easy to work with. They got me scheduled promptly, and I had a technician on site in less than an hour, even though my situation was not an emergency, and literally could've waited. The tech, Ryan, was an absolute joy. I got four different quotes for my HVAC project, and Bret at NexGen beat every single one—by HALF! Not only was the price unbeatable, but the service was exceptional. Bret made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it and even provided a cover for the AC unit to fix a reflective issue with the fan blades. The installers were incredibly respectful, professional, and went above and beyond—they even cut a new vent to improve airflow in my laundry room. I truly don’t think the companies quoting me $20k+ would’ve come close to the quality and care that NexGen delivered. I have an entirely new system, plus I have walk boards up in the attic now (Thanks Bret!) and I just could not be happier. I’m so glad I went with them. Absolutely phenomenal company!!! They were prompt and efficient and had my AC running better than it ever has. Cecil (our tech) was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.
