Read MoreCecil took care of my hvac needs by professionally installing a new coil. He and his Co-worker, Jessie (of i recall his name correctly) worked diligently, and got the job completed in an efficient manner. I just hope I have no more issues with my hvac system going forward, at least for several more years. Today's repair was to replace a slow freon leak of a nearly new 3 old coil and they SHOULD last many years, this is my very 1st coil replacement in my brand new home, and have never experienced issues with any of my previous homes of many, with 3 of those homes bought new. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all will remain "good as new" going forward. Nonetheless, NexGen Cecil and Jessie did a professional install, explained what was transporting as they completed steps of the job and were well mannered, respectful and professional. They responded quickly to my request and were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief on a hot day. The technician, Mike, was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and how it would be fixed. He walked me through the entire repair process and answered all of my questions, putting me at ease. I highly recommend NexGen to anyone in need of AC repair services. They were very polite. Guys found something that wasn't hooked up properly and they also found an "air imbalance" in our guest room-both issues stemming from how things were done by our builder. So we don't feel we caused either issue but we had to pay anyway. Owner of Next Gen is contacting builder to see if they will pay for air imbalance to be fixed. Guest room hasn't been used so we didn't realize it was such a problem till recently. But definitely was a problem from the start and we wonder how did this pass inspection??? However Shane, owner, was very nice and I feel his two guys that came here were also. Nextgen came out to balance air in that guestroom today. The guy that came was very nice and was patient even when I asked him why why why he answered my questions patiently and nicely. I thank him and the company for that. He earns extra points for bringing his own booties to fit over his shoes because I don't allow dirty shoes in my house. Big time thank you for that! Read Less
