I was extremely impressed with the prompt and professional service provided by NexGen Heating & Air Conditioning. They responded quickly to my request and were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief on a hot day. The technician, Mike, was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and how it would be fixed. Cecil took care of my hvac needs by professionally installing a new coil. He and his Co-worker, Jessie (of i recall his name correctly) worked diligently, and got the job completed in an efficient manner. I just hope I have no more issues with my hvac system going forward, at least for several more years. Today's repair was to replace a slow freon leak of a nearly new 3 old coil and they SHOULD last many years, this is my very 1st coil replacement in my brand new home, and have never experienced issues with any of my previous homes of many, with 3 of those homes bought new. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all will remain "good as new" going forward. Nonetheless, NexGen Cecil and Jessie did a professional install, explained what was transporting as they completed steps of the job and were well mannered, respectful and professional. NexGen was very responsive in responding to my email about work they had done a couple years ago for a new build. They scheduling a service call the next day and addressed a couple of items noted on an inspection report from selling my home. Very professional, expedient and thorough. Read Less

Moved into a new house with a zoned HVAC system that was a controls nightmare and likely never worked correctly. On top of that, the system was leaking refrigerant due to a bad TXV install by another contractor. NexGen service tech experts Cory and Alex came to the rescue. They arrived on time, got right to work, quickly diagnosed the issues, and clearly knew how to fix them properly. The NexGen office staff was also professional and communicated well when setting up the service calls. 10/10 — I would absolutely recommend NexGen Heating & AC for any HVAC repair needs. Read Less
